Tiffany has over ten years in the medical field. While working with pediatrics for over seven years, she began to notice an increase in the suicidal rates in the adolescent population. With the increase of suicides and self harm, there was little help apart from institutionalizing the children on a 72-hour hold. Working as a first responder and interacting with the youth, she became passionate about finding a better alternative to over medicating and institutionalizing them. She decided that she would devote her free time to providing a preventative measure in hopes to reduce the rates by helping them once they first start presenting with signs of depression or unhappiness, with the hopes of correcting the problem before it escalates to self harm and suicide attempts.
